Professor Noam Chomsky has graciously offered to participate in a Live Author Chat regarding his book, Interventions. We have tentatively arranged for Oct. 4th, 7PM EST. Looks a great reason to get a hold of the book and prepare for the chat!
We can expect the topics to range from the war in Iraq, the conflict in Israel/Palestine, media propaganda, threat of nuclear war, corporate globalization, grassroots democratic organizing, anarchism, imperialism, global warming, the democracy deficit in the US, and perhaps linguistics, cognitive science, education theory and maybe a little philosophy too.
